The Maine Center for Classic Aviation is a unique organization with the goal of promoting aviation in Maine. Based in Pittsfield, Maine, our airstrip is a 2,500' grass strip dedicated as Thompson Memorial Field (ME62). At the airfield you will find several hangars filled with dreams! From aircraft in the middle of the build process to aviation history and memorabilia, MCCA is always working towards promoting aviation education, commemorating aviation history, and inspiring current and future aviators.
The fly-in attracts thousands to Greenville and the Moosehead Lake region every year. Watch your favorite pilots compete, and enjoy the sights and sounds of the seaplanes!
